Braddigan and Pete Play Pepperdine

Brad Corrigan (Braddigan) and Pete Heimbold (Pete Francis), formerly of the band Dispatch, came and played a sweet little concert for about 200 Pepperdine students. For those of you that know me from my high school days, I, like most of you, am a huge Dispatch fan so it was a pretty big event to have 2/3 of the group come and jam for us here in Malibu. When I say I am a huge Dispatch fan, I mean that five of us drove all the way from Long Beach, Mississippi, to Boston to see their free farewell concert two summers ago. Yeah, that was huge.

For those of you who aren't familiar with these Braddigan and Pete (or Chad, the third former Dispatcher and current lead singer of State Radio), these guys rock. I would strongly advise that you go check out the links and give a listen to their music, it's good stuff.

Big time thanks to Arrrrmand Scurrrfield and his kickass roommate Mark (Braddigan's friend) for hooking it up. Hopefully we can get something setup for a much bigger Spring show. Alumni Park needs a good concert this year and I think this is just the type of thing we need to make happen.
